Depot37 is celebrating its first anniversary, one full year of music, community, culture, and unforgettable nights.
From the moment we opened our doors on December 12th, our journey began with a bang: a massive 3-Step set from South African heavyweight Heavy K, setting the tone for what Depot37 would become, a home for electronic music lovers and a platform for global and African sounds to meet.
This year, we mark our one-year milestone with something equally special.
In partnership with Pineapple Undertone and Vth Season, we’re bringing you another powerhouse from South Africa for a Special Edition of TWESE, a night crafted to celebrate growth, sound evolution, and the community that made Depot37 what it is today.

DJ K'Ru
DJ K'Ru, aka Kevin Rugamba, is a Rwandan DJ and cultural curator known for blending African rhythms with global sounds. Founder of Pineapple Undertones, he creates immersive musical experiences and fosters creative community engagement. His sets and mixes celebrate African diasporic culture with energy and depth.
Thakzin
Thakzin is the 3 Step pioneer, known for pioneering 3 Step, a forward-thinking blend of Amapiano, Afro House, and Deep House. Rooted in a musical upbringing and inspired by African spirituality, he has become one of the key innovators pushing Africanelectronic music onto global stages.
Kevin Klein
One of Rwanda’s most promising DJs and producers, Kevin Klein, is a rising force in the music scene. Known for his infectious beats and high-energy sets, he’s an artist you’ll be hearing a lot more about.
DJ Niny
DJ Niny is a dynamic and versatile DJ known for electrifying sets that blend Afrobeat, house, and hip-hop, igniting dance floors wherever she plays.
